We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic sales team.
This crucial role facilitates the seamless operation of our department by managing various administrative tasks and interacting with customers.

Key
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, direct calls, take detailed messages, and handle customer inquiries.
Manage email and text communications and respond promptly to customer needs.
Process credit card payments and manage transaction documentation.
Assist with basic order entry and provide support by following up on orders, checking on artwork, and coordinating order payments.
Greet customers in the showroom and provide professional assistance.
Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM and order entry systems.
Participate in weekly team meetings and learn through job shadowing to understand all aspects of the business.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to proper grammar and professional email composition.
Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Some college education in office administration or related field is highly desirable.
