Description:
$13 an hour starting pay for staff who are able to work early morning, daytime during the week or late night shifts. As a crew member you will be trained on all key areas of the restaurant. Once those areas are mastered crew members are eligible to advance to higher positions including Trainer, Production Manager and Shift Manager with corresponding higher pay rates and benefits.
We are committed to working around school schedules for staff who are in High School and College. Archways to Opportunity provides a tuition benefit of up to $2500 annually for part time employees (15 hours or more per week) and up to $3000 for full time employees (30 hours or more per week). You are eligible after only 90 days of employment!

As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:
? Greeting customers with a smile
? Taking accurate food orders
? Preparing all of McDonald?s World Famous food
? Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
? Restaurant Cleanliness
? Ensuring items are well stocked

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
